IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATES CORONAVIRUS PREVENTATIVE MEASURES From Wednesday 18 March we have suspended all face to face drop-in services following government advice to avoid contact in person in order protect our clients as well as our volunteers and staff. If you need advice, please do not come in to the office but phone us or email us instead. Telephone advice 0300 330 1185 Monday to Friday 10:00am - 13:00pm then 14:00 - 15:00 Any paperwork can be scanned and sent by email to: referrals@hounslowcabs.org.uk but please add your name, address and telephone number. You can also send a request for a call back to referrals@hounslowcabs.org.uk We aim to respond within 48 hours where possible. Due to high demand we might respond within 3-5 working days. We will attempt to call you back three times. Welcome to the website for the Hounslow Citizens Advice Bureaux Service. We provide free, confidential, impartial advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, consumer, relationship & family issues, immigration and other topics. The Contact section contains our address and directions for each of our offices and outreach locations. The Links section has some useful local and national links. Please note that due to funding restrictions we can only offer our services to residents of the London Borough of Hounslow. AUGUST - SEPTEMBER 2019 Please note that our Drop In days have changed. April 2019 Brexit: Hounslow CA is now able to assist Hounslow and Ealing vulnerable EU/EEA residents to apply for settled or pre-settled status, through the EU Settlement Scheme project. Universal Credit: Hounslow CA is now able to assist Hounslow and Ealing residents to apply for Universal Credit, through our new Help to Claim project. 20 February 2019 Hounslow CA will no longer operate from the Civic Centre as of Wednesday 20 February 2019.
