Having owned a holiday flat in Margate for many years, we decided to share our love of interior design and of Margate with others. Starting with The Penthouse in late 2018 and with the addition of The Duplex in late 2019, both properties are unique, luxurious and can be enjoyed by all but with slightly different offerings.  The Penthouse is in an excellent location, has gated parking, wraparound balconies and is two minutes from the sea (limited sea views). It's very close to the hustle and bustle of all that Margate offers. As a one-bedroom apartment it is mostly suited to couples, although we do cater for children by way of a high chair, cot and junior bed. The lounge has a large pull-out sofa-bed which can be comfortably used by two further guests. Breakfast can be ordered in advance and is available at additional charge. It is delivered before 8.30 am to your door. It is a continental breakfast, opt for either meat or vegetarian. The Duplex is located in a quiet road on the trendy side of Cliftonville. Still only a few minutes to the high street and 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and Margate centre. The Duplex is a bigger two bedroomed apartment over two floors and sleeps six with a cool outdoor deck area, perfect for sipping drinks from the free mini free bar. Freshly baked bread is available on arrival  (if you opt for breakfast). There even a Clarins bar with free samples for every guest!  It's superbly equipped for a perfect family holiday. Luxurious quality beds and 100% cotton bedding, Phillips Hue lighting, 8 foot led lit headboard and an iPad to watch Netflix in bed (Kingsize room) and tea/coffee facilities in both bedrooms. Both properties have either Sonos or Bose speakers, WiFi, smart TV's and Echo Dots.
