***Eye Care during COVID-19 Pandemic*** WE ARE OPEN FOR URGENT AND ESSENTIAL EYE CARE We are able to offer face-to-face eye examination and dispensing by appointment for patients who have an urgent and essential need as set out by our regulatory bodies. This includes those who have a change in their vision and require new glasses to help them undertake important tasks such as working and driving as well as those who have been making-do with an out of date prescription due to loss or damage of their normal glasses. We also continue to offer urgent advice and answer general queries by phone or email. Contact your local branch by telephone or email between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. For social distancing reasons we have a limited number of staff at present so if you are calling between these times please leave a message. Messages received outside of these hours will be reviewed on the next weekday.
