Description: Our Pizza dough is handmade following the classic thin-based Neapolitan Pizza style and using only the finest natural Italian ingredients, including type “00” flour & Marzano Tomatoes for the most authentic taste. Made over a two day period of fermentation a very small amount of yeast, the result is that our dough is healthy, digestible and full of that authentic Italian flavour.
