The majority of our staff are mums themselves so not only have they the qualifications (to at least level 3) needed to be a Childcare Professional, they also have personal experience of looking after children. We have a low turnover of staff which enable us to develop an excellent relationship with the children and their families; which we believe goes a long way towards the child's development.
