Description: Our aim at King-Edwards Day Nursery is to provide high quality childcare and nursery education in a safe, nurturing and stimulating care environment, giving priority to the development, needs and happiness of our children and their families. During our recent OFSTED inspection (April 2011), the nursery was graded "Good with outstanding qualities". The inspector identified: "All children make good progress because provision is good or better in all respects." "Behaviour is exemplary." "The atmosphere is calm and relaxed." The nursery recognises and values the diverse community that it serves and if parents have any queries, comments or suggestions about its operation, they are encouraged to inform Sherie or Sam. Parents are always very welcome to spend time in the nursery and the nursery staff will always be happy and willing to discuss a child's progress, development or any concerns a parent may have.
