Everyday at HBS Ring we take a huge number of incoming calls, which is how we like it, as no calls means no business! With each quarterly newsletter issued to all Ring members, we encourage members to RING THE RING FOR ANYTHING and with 12 full or part time staff each call will be met with a different expertise, no one can be an expert in all areas though we would hope that whoever answers your call is polite, cheerful, friendly and efficient and will either take a message, deal with your request or pass your call onto the relevant "expert".
