Description: Dante Bonapace was born in 1935 in the small village of Pinzolo in Northern Italy. He immigrated to Canada in 1958. After gaining a wide variety of job experiences in different fields Dante decided to partner with a friend who grew up in the neighbouring town of Carisolo. In 1961 Dante and his partner opened a knife service here in Ottawa Ontario. In 1998 he decided to go venture out on his own and began Capital Cutlery West.
