Essex Church (Kensington Unitarians)

Kensington Unitarians are a community of kindred souls who meet to explore, reflect, converse, be still, share joys and sorrows, and support one another on life’s journey. We are proud to be part of a worldwide and historic progressive religious tradition. Our main activity is Sunday worship. Services include readings from a variety of sources, prayers, music, stillness, and a short sermon. We also offer small group activities exploring spiritual and religious matters, drawing on diverse sources of wisdom and inspiration, and considering life’s meaning together with others on the spiritual path.

St Peter's Church

Christian worship began in Winchcombe in Saxon times. The earliest reference to the church, dedicated to St Peter, is in 1175 when we hear of its close association with the abbey that once stood to the east of the church. The present building dates from the 1450s, and remains externally very much as it was when it was built. It is located close to the centre of the town and open daily from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm (Winter) / 5.00 pm (Summer).

Church Of Sound

Church of Sound is a regular gig in St James the Great Church, Lower Clapton Rd. A central speaker tower stands tall in the centre of the room, surrounded by musicians, audience and crew. Emphasis is placed firmly on the music: carefully selected, joyfully performed & cleanly recorded. Over the course of 24 hours, St James is transformed from a traditional worship space into a venue & then back again, leaving minimal trace. Our team is made up of musicians, music lovers, friends and family - we do our best to share this feeling of companionship with all those who walk through our big blue doors.

Church of St Bridget, Bridstow.

The village of Bridstow lies 1.2 miles west of Ross-on-Wye and 10.6 miles south east of Hereford. The parish is bounded to the east and south by the River Wye. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Bridget. With the exception of the West Tower the whole church was re-built in 1862 but the chancel arch is of an early 12th-century material.

I was born to reflect the image of a God who is powerful enough to create my universe, attentive enough to hear my prayers and loving enough to be defined by self-sacrifice. I find my greatest fulfillment on a journey toward purpose and wholeness.
