La Pâtisserie’s culture stems from “Petite France”, Strasbourg where Thomas was born and where he discovered his love of French cuisine. Our products are uniquely hand crafted in-house by our chef-pâtissier who endeavours to preserve classical French flavours while cleverly adding unique contemporary twists.
