Description: The Halwell & Moreleigh Village Hall and Recreation Trust along with the help of many local people, completed Phase 1 of the village hall back in 1999 without external funding. The Trustees/Management and Social Committee along with the support of local people have now completed Phase 2 of the hall, by building an adjoining 200 Sq/meter hall and store rooms.
