There is no exaggeration in saying that coffee knowledge is proper science -- the right selection of coffee beans combined with very careful consideration of the roasting parameters can make a huge difference to the coffee taste, acidity, bitterness, etc... well, not to mention the grinding and brewing technique but this is just the tip of the iceberg!
