The practice is currently involved in projects in London, Norfolk, and Gloucestershire. Our clients are a mix of Corporate organisations, Developers and private clients with the split between commercial and private clients at around 50/50. Working with our developer clients we have added significant extra value to sites through change of use, Prior approval, and conversions of a variety of building types. Our residential projects cover a range of sizes, small and large, and include new build, refurbishments, loft conversions and extensions. We offer a full range of services including Feasibility studies, Concepts, Planning applications, Building Regulations ,working drawings and contract administration.
