Description: Dr Rajesh Nehete is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 20 years experience in the treatment of mental illness. He started his medical career by completing MBBS and MD in Psychiatry qualifications from B.J. Medical College, University of Pune, India. He further obtained MRCPsych, Cognitive Analytic Therapy Practitioner and Teaching qualifications during his formative career years, in the UK. He is currently a Consultant Psychiatrist in the Hertfordshire Partnership University Foundation NHS Trust and does private practice at Cygnet Hospital, Harrow on the Hill. He is on the Specialist Register and has CCTs in General Adult Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry and endorsement in Rehabilitation Psychiatry. Dr Nehete is an examiner for the MRCPsych clinical examinations. He currently is the National Lead of the Regional Representatives for the Faculty of Rehabilitation and Social Psychiatry at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
