Description: We are a small friendly mixed-ability group of men and women who meet each week, on Monday evenings, with Anne, our experienced instructor, to learn and practise Traditional Chen Style Tai Chi. Our St Albans Tai Chi Classes are structured for beginners (1st hour) and more experienced practitioners (full session). We learn and practice the Chen family style of Tai Chi, which is the oldest and parent form of the five traditional family styles of Tai Chi.
